OMNILINGUA is able to offer school groups and language institutes, 1 or 2 week of Italian language course. You and your students can study together for the entire course or depending on the number of participants, can be divided into 2 or 3 smaller groups. The course consists of 20 hours of Italian lessons a week from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 12:40pm.
The language course is integrated with an exciting social and cultural afternoon programme, for example guided visits to the wonderful Ligurian countryside or to the Olive Oil Museum, beach volleyball, football on the beach, ice cream and pastry tasting and much more.
You and your students will arrive on a Sunday and depart on the following Saturday, but of course, exceptions are always possible. If you arrive on Saturday, the school can organise a guided visit on Sunday, for example to Montecarlo or Genoa.
The available accommodation options for you and your students include homestays with Italian families, rented apartments and hotels. All families are selected with care and offer a friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to immerse yourself in the typical Italian lifestyle. The families are usually middle-aged couples or women living on their own, and they offer 1 room for 2 students sharing. The kitchen and the bathroom are usually shared with the family. The accommodation is half board (vegetarian option available) and is included in the price of the course. The bed sheets will be supplied by the family but you and your students will need to bring your own towels. All other details (for example regarding the teaching programme, the list of participants, the room allocations and any allergies that we need to know about, etc.) must be communicated to the school in advance.
If you prefer, the school could book on your behalf a 2 or 3 star hotel or a B&B, all of which are very close to the school. All the hotels and apartments have an agreement with OMNILINGUA, therefore they are able to offer special rates for school groups.
If you arrive with your own private transport, you can depart on the Friday and the host families will be happy to supply a packed dinner for you and the students for the journey back. Should you arrive by plane, it is possible for us to organise a pre-paid, pick up service from Nice Airport in France. The shuttle bus will pick you up from the airport and take you directly to Sanremo. This transport service can also be used for departure. If you would like the school to organise the shuttle bus, we will require the date, time and flight number no later than one week before arrival.
For further information, possible dates, prices or personal requests, please contact our school directly by phone or email.
