Once it has been ascertained that the visa application can be processed on the basis of the documentation provided by the applicant, the Embassy carries out the routine preliminary security checks.

As a language school, we provide students wishing to study in Italy with a letter of invitation giving details of the dates of the course and the address of the accommodation. This letter is issued to each student upon receipt of a completed enrolment form and the necessary deposit.

The requirements with regards to language level prior to entry in Italy can vary considerably from country to country and we therefore advise all students to contact directly their nearest Italian Embassy ( http://www.embassyworld.com/embassy/italy.htm ) to be informed of their exact visa requirements and to obtain the necessary visa application forms.

Students should allow sufficient time for their visa application to be processed. We recommend that students submit their application at least 2 months before they plan to travel.
